Hi, I’m Kelly.
One of my greatest strengths is learning quickly and seeing the big picture. I can dive into systems, tools, and processes to understand how work really happens — then design and lead learning and capability initiatives that make change stick and teams confident. I partner with organizations through strategy, program oversight, and early adoption, stepping back once teams are fully equipped to move forward independently.
I discovered this “learning superpower” early in my career as an engineer, first in Nuclear Safety, then Telecommunications Engineering. I’ve always been drawn to helping others understand and apply complex concepts. That curiosity led me into learning strategy, program leadership, and mentorship — combining technical precision with people-centered creativity. My work has earned recognition, including a President’s Award for using data analytics to improve customer service at Hydro One.
Now, I’m focused on sharing that impact more widely.
After years in a dedicated role, I decided to step into consulting so I could work with more teams and organizations—helping them bring practical, high-impact learning to life.
